QA Engineer
Ensure product quality across backend, web, mobile, and desktop applications through manual testing, API testing, automation, and performance testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Role Overview
We are looking for a QC Engineer to ensure product quality across backend, web, mobile, and desktop applications.
This role combines manual testing, API testing, automation, and performance testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with engineers to validate high-concurrency, real-time systems running on Kubernetes and AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design test cases, test plans, and regression test suites.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, desktop, and backend APIs.
- Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or Karate.
- Conduct performance testing using k6 or Locust.
- Validate systems using Kafka, Redis, and real-time flows.
- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD using GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Work with developers to identify root causes and prevent defects.
- Maintain test documentation and quality metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation; experience using AI agents is preferred.
- Strong experience in API testing.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with performance testing using k6 or Locust.
- Experience working in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of security testing, TLS, and certificates.
- Experience testing high-concurrency systems.
- Knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO standards.
